    Some advises to Clients that their own requires need to be defined before working to Constructors/Designer

     

        1. Budget:

    When clients have defined the budget for new works/project, constructors/designers will save time to present the suitable consultancies to clients include idea and solution for design, choose the suitable materials, and give the reasonable quotation.

        2. Requirements for Usage:

    This makes sure that a new design will be appropriate to client’s needs such as:

    - The traditional colors of company;

    - The specific space: official, lively, friendly or funny;

    - How many Directors, Managers and Staffs are working in office;

    - And other requirements: Reception and Waiting Area, Meeting rooms, Utility, Pantry, Store, IT room…

        3. Schedule of new works/project:

    Defining the schedule of program at the first time, we could limit some risks and manage other variations during the process.

    In some cases, we should use the local materials if we do not have enough time to import other materials.
