Prime Construction & Trading (Cong Ty TNHH Xay Dung & Thuong Mai Tien Phong) has been established since 1997 to provide quality construction services to Vietnamese and International organizations. We aim to bring together design, project management and construction expertise from within and outside Vietnam for the construction of projects that require high international standards at competitive costs.

Due to major expansion of our business, we are in search for qualified candidates to join our already established and experienced management team with details as follows:

1. Construction Manager:

As a senior member of our management team and reporting directly to the company’s Directors and work closely with our construction teams, this post of Construction Manager will handle all aspects of our construction work for Interior Fit out sectors, from start to finish. This important individual will have a primary hand in planning the job as well as overseeing the projects along the way. The Construction Manager will plan, direct and budget construction projects as well as handle any issues which arise during the job.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management or building science

· Minimum of 5 years experience in this position

· Fluent in Vietnamese & English (in both Oral & Written Communications)

· Well-organized and good at multi-tasking due to the variety of tasks involved in the job

· Good leadership skills

· Excellent Decision Making & Problem Solving skills: Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems

2/ Job: Estimator / QS – Interior Fit-out & D&B

The Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Leader role focuses on managing cost estimation and tender pricing for high-end interior and D&B projects. This position requires expertise in cost control and subcontractor negotiations, supported by strong technical skills.

Responsibilities include managing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and subcontractor negotiations.

The role demands from fresh QS to 1-3 years of experience with proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.

The position is situated within the Estimation / Commercial department and targets premium interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead quantity take-offs and cost estimates for luxury interior projects.

Prepare and review tender pricing and commercial proposals.

Coordinate with design, technical, and procurement teams.

Negotiate with interior subcontractors and specialist suppliers.

Support management in bid strategy and commercial decisions.

Requirements

Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design or related fields.

From fresh QS to 1-3 years’ experience in interior fit-out / D&B projects.

Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, bespoke joinery, and interiors.

Proficient in AutoCAD & Excel.

Good English communication is a plus.
